Mad Martey's displays offer you ideasMad Marteys is all about you, our customer.  Our key focus is to offer you the best service we can so that you leave us knowing that you have, and will remain our number one priority!While we carry a large variety of clothing and accessories for your convenience, it can be surprising how quickly some items will sell out.  As we have a great rapport with all our suppliers it generally just means a quick call to find out if we can order the item in for you.  We will then keep in touch with you to update you on the progress.  Should you find an item advertised in a magazine, and it’s not in store, again we would be happy to try and order it in for you.

Know how easy it is to lose a receipt? Well we appreciate this fact and have put systems in place to make life easier for you.

Regular shoppers are given a customer number which serves several purposes, one of which is to keep a record of your purchases while the item is still in stock.  So should you need to return something and no longer have the receipt, we will be able to help you out.

Our watches carry a warranty of up to 5 years on particular parts.  As a service to you we duplicate your receipt and keep it on file for the full five years.  This has assisted many of our customers in the past who have genuinely appreciated this.

Mad Marteys will gift wrap your gifts for youWe also do the same for our customers who have purchased wetsuits as they may carry a limited warranty for up to 2 years.

At Christmas when you are busy buying all those gifts we will happily gift wrap and tag your in store purchases so all you have to do is slip them under the tree when you get home and then put your feet up and relax.  We also offer this service during the year for gift purchases.

Back to our customer numbers, another of the advantages is that you will receive 10% off any in store item you purchase that is not on sale during your birthday month.  Also regular shoppers will be given advanced notice of special promotions and events happening in store.

All our staff receive on going training in customer service and product knowledge to be able to assist you the best way possible so you can make an informed decision on your purchases.
